Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of DeTA Portal, provided by DeTA Technologies. By accessing or using the portal, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Access is granted by invitation. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to misuse the portal, attempt to access data that is not yours, disrupt the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Client accounts may only access their own project data.

Deliverables and ownership are governed by your separate engagement agreement with DeTA. The portal software and its design remain the property of DeTA Technologies.

Invoices issued through the portal are due per the terms stated on each invoice. Late payments may incur fees as set out in your engagement agreement.

The portal is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, DeTA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the portal.
